When will my tickets arrive?
No need to worry, event organisers tend to release tickets in the weeks leading up to an event, sometimes even just a few days beforehand. As soon as your tickets have been sent, we will notify you via email. Rest assured that you are covered by our guarantee.
The promoters of the following events have requested tickets be held back for delivery/collection:
instaticket endeavors to dispatch tickets as soon as possible. Your ordered tickets will be shipped by courier or emailed within 7 days of the event unless there is a delay with the printing. Please ensure that the postal address and email are correct as mistakes may lead to unnecessary delays. If you have not received your tickets on time then please contact customer support.
The event is taking place in a few days and I haven’t yet received my tickets?

Will my tickets be seated be together?
Yes, all tickets purchased together will be seated (side by side) together. The maximum available together is as per the individual item listing.
Can I cancel for any reason after I place an order?
All orders are final. You cannot get a refund if you find the tickets cheaper elsewhere or change your mind. Should you not require the tickets that you ordered you are welcome to re-sell them. Please make sure you are buying the tickets you want, for correct event and date before you place the order.
What happens if I purchase tickets and the event is cancelled (Refund Policy)?
In rare circumstances where an event is cancelled, you will receive a FULL REFUND of your purchase price. If the event is postponed/delayed your tickets will still be valid for the new date. Refunds, cancellations, and exchanges will not be issued where event date/time changes or partial performances apply.
How do I pay for my tickets?
Payments are processed in South African Rands (ZAR) through our secure online payment gateway, Stripe, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Do you charge for extra service fees at checkout?
instaticket adopts a policy of what you see is what you pay and all services like handling, delivery, tracking, customer support etc. are included in the advertised price. There are no extra charges to be paid.
Why do I have to provide proof of my details?
Will my tickets be as per the listing description?
instaticket tickets are guaranteed to be as per the listing description order. On rare occasions whereby the seller cannot provide the exact tickets as per the original listing, instaticket will supply the buyer with equivalent or superior category tickets.
Where do our tickets come from?
instaticket is an exclusive ticket marketplace who allow other third-party ticket sellers and brokers to list on our website. These resellers are industry known and vetted before we allow them to sell using our secure platform.
I have lost my tickets what can I do?
Tickets are a valuable commodity, please treat them like cash and keep them secure. If you have lost your tickets then please contact us as soon as possible and we will strive to re-issue your tickets, although this is not possible in every case.
My ticket has someone else’s name on it. Is this okay?
Yes, this is okay. Tickets can be utilised by anyone after purchase even if the original buyer’s name is present.
Is instaticket affiliated with the venues, artists, or teams listed on the website?

No, e-Tickets tickets can be printed in Black and White. Make sure the bar-code is clear and not blurred.

Can customers outside South Africa get tickets from instaticket?
Yes, customers from all countries can purchase tickets from instaticket.
Why should I not post pictures of my tickets online?
Do not post pictures of tickets on social media and public forums as pictures of tickets with barcodes can be printed and used to gain entry.
