In rare circumstances where an event is cancelled you will receive a FULL REFUND of your purchase price. If the event is postponed/delayed your tickets will still be valid for the new date. Refunds, cancellations and exchanges will not be issued where event date/time changes or partial performances apply.

instaticket is an exclusive ticket marketplace who allows other third party ticket sellers and brokers to list on our website. These resellers are vetted before allowing listings on our site.

All orders are final. You cannot get a refund if you find the tickets cheaper elsewhere or change your mind. Should you not require the tickets that you ordered you are welcome to resell them. Please make sure you are buying the tickets you want, for correct event and date before you place the order.

Tickets are a valuable commodity, please treat them like cash and keep them secure. If you have lost your tickets then please contact us as soon as possible and we will strive to re-issue your tickets, although this is not possible in every case, so please safeguard your tickets.

Yes, this is okay. Tickets can be utilised by anyone after purchase even if the original buyers name is present.
